Please remember to fully read the assessment instructions from the Learning Centre prior to your assessment appointment AND have all the necessary equipment and cases available.

You may wish to enlist the help of someone to hold the phone if you are unable to prop it somewhere suitable where the Educator can see everything required to assess the skill.

THIS IS FOR PRACTICAL ASSESSMENTS ONLY.

Book an appointment slot to complete a practical assessment with an Educator live, face to face, utilising Zoom video conferencing, instead of recording and uploading a video to the Learning Centre.

Your appointment will be a 30 min slot to complete 1 to 3 videos. You may not get through them all, in which case you will need to rebook, as another student may be booked in straight after you.

Your feedback will be uploaded into the Learning Centre as normal, within 24 hours of completing the assessment.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

A maximum of 3 videos can be completed in any one appointment slot, per student, per day, to ensure fair access for all.

Your resubmission opportunity will occur at the same time. This is because the Educator is watching you live and can prompt you for further details or missed requirements. Gap Assessments will follow our normal processes and will attract a fee.

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your assessment appointment, or do not attend your confirmed assessment appointment, it will count as an assessment attempt.

If you know you are not able to make your appointed time, please reschedule at least the day prior. All the confirmation emails will have links to reschedule.
