Regardless of your experience with self-paced study and online learning, our student support team is here to help, including having a dedicated Student Wellbeing Coach for you to speak with.

What is Student Wellbeing Coaching?

Our Student Wellbeing Coach is here to support you with aspects of your mental health relating to study – like learning how to maximise self-paced study, managing the stresses of studying and working, or supporting you with self-confidence. Having someone to talk to makes things feel more manageable and less overwhelming.

Through a phone call or Zoom video chat, our Student Wellbeing Coach can help you with casual once-of, or regular coaching calls.

Instead of letting worries, concerns or confusion get the better of you, chat with our Student Wellbeing Coach and find a way forward. Your Educators are also available for more specific support including study planning and course content assistance.

Just a note – this service is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological help or as treatment for ongoing mental health issues. You should always consult your General Practitioner for a referral to appropriate services and support.
